The following conditions apply to all products purchased from us.

Returns:

You can request a return within two days of receiving your product.

You can request a return by contacting us via our WhatsApp number, which is listed on our page. We will send you a message from that number once we receive your order to track the shipment and provide order details. Don't worry, we will always be in touch with you.

Refunds:

When you request a return, you can receive a refund in two ways:

By the courier who will come to your location to collect the returned shipment.

Or via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay after we receive and inspect the returned shipment.

We reserve the right to choose one of these two methods to refund your money. But don't worry, your money will be returned to you in both cases.
